dc.description.abstractThis case report presents an important case of tuberculosis and chylothorax complicated with immunodeficiency, highlighting its rarity and significance, particularly as the second case reported in the literature with a young age of 6 months. And secondary immunodeficiency was detected in this HIV negative patient. Underlying immune deficiency should be investigated in children with chylothorax and tuberculosis associations.
