A Rare Cause of Chylothorax with Tuberculosis in Infancy

Abstract

This case report presents an important case of tuberculosis and chylothorax complicated with immunodeficiency, highlighting its rarity and significance, particularly as the second case reported in the literature with a young age of 6 months. And secondary immunodeficiency was detected in this HIV negative patient. Underlying immune deficiency should be investigated in children with chylothorax and tuberculosis associations.
