Cumhuriyet devri Türk romanında kadına yönelik istismar(1923-1950)

Abstract

Çalışmada, Cumhuriyet Dönemi Türk Edebiyatının 1923-50 yılları arası yazılmış romanlarında kadına yönelik istismarın nasıl yer aldığı incelenmiştir. Tezin amacı, Cumhuriyet Dönemi kanonik metinlerinin ve bu dönem yazarlarının kadın istismarı konusunda nasıl bir yaklaşım sergilediklerini ortaya koymaktır. Zira bu dönemde yazılmış metinler önemli bir kırılım noktasında bulunmalarına ve sonraki dönemde yazılanlara temel teşkil etmelerine rağmen şimdiye kadar bu konuda çalışma yapılmadığı için bir eksiklik olduğu görülmüştür. Çalışmada edebi değeri olan romanlardan dönemin temsil değeri yüksek ve konumuz bağlamında malzeme bulabileceğimiz eserler seçilmiştir. "Giriş"te; istismar, kadın istismarı, istismar türleri açıklanmış ve Tanzimat'tan Cumhuriyet'e kadar kadın istismarına karşı nasıl bir tutum içinde olunduğuna yer verilmiştir. Birinci bölümde inceleme aralığımızda olan romanlarda fiziksel istismar konusu irdelenmiştir. İkinci bölümde yine bu dönem romanlarında cinsel istismarın nasıl ele alındığı tespit edilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde ise 1923-50 yılları arası dönemde yazılmış romanlarda kadına yönelik psikolojik istismarın işlenişi incelenmiştir.In this study, it was examined how the abuse against women took place in the novels of the Republican Period Turkish Literature written between 1923-50. The aim of the thesis is to reveal how the founding texts of the Republican Era novel and the writers of this period showed an approach to the abuse of women. Because although the texts written in this period were at an important breaking point and formed the basis for the ones written in the following period, it has been seen that there is a deficiency since there has been no study on this subject so far. In the study, among the novels with literary value, works with high representational value of the period and in which we can find material in the context of our subject were selected. In the introduction, feminism, abuse, abuse of women, types of abuse are explained and the attitude towards women's abuse from the Tanzimat to the Republic is given. In the first part, the subject of physical abuse in the novels that are in our range of study was examined. In the second part, it was determined how sexual abuse was handled in the novels of this period. In the third part, the processing of psychological abuse against women in the novels written between the years 1923-50 was examined.
