Hemşirelerin psikolojik dayanıklılıkları ile proaktif kişilik özellikleri arasındaki ilişkinin incelebmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, hastanede çalışan hemşirelerin psikolojik dayanıklılıkları ile proaktif kişilik özellikleri arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesidir. Araştırma nicel araştırma tipinde ve tanımlayıcı ilişkisel model yönteminde yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini 172 hemşire oluşturmuştur Çalışmada hemşirelerin psikolojik dayanıklılık düzeylerini ölçmek adına "Yetişkinler İçin Psikolojik Dayanıklılık Ölçeği (YPDÖ)" ve proaktif kişilik özelliklerini belirlemek amacıyla da "Kısaltılmış Proaktif Kişilik Ölçeği (KPKÖ)" kullanılmıştır. Çalışma verileri SPSS 25.0 ile analiz edilmiştir. Parametrik veriler için bağımsız t testi ve One Way Anova testi kullanılmıştır. Parametrik olmayan testler için de Kruskal-Wallis H testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmaya katılan hemşirelerin KPKÖ'den aldıkları puan ortalaması (Ort.=44,1±14,1), YPDÖ'den aldıkları puan ortalaması ise (Ort.= 98,0 ± 10,9) bulunmuştur. Hemşirelerin yaş, eğitim durumu ve meslekte toplam çalışma süresi değişkenlerine göre KPKÖ puan ortalamaları farklarının istatistiksel olarak anlamlı olduğu belirlenmiştir (p<0.05). Hemşirelerin eğitim durumuna göre, YPDÖ kendilik algısı ve sosyal kaynaklar alt boyutlarında, meslekte toplam çalışma süresine göre YPDÖ sosyal kaynaklar alt boyutunda ve çalıştıkları servise göre YPDÖ gelecek algısı alt boyutunda istatiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık olduğu bulunmuştur (p<0.05). Ayrıca, YPDÖ alt boyutlarından olan kendilik algısı, sosyal yeterlilik ve sosyal kaynaklar alt boyutları puanlarıyla KPKÖ toplam puanı arasında pozitif yönden anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. The objective of this survey to analyze the relation between psychological endurance and proactive characteristics of the nurses working in a hospital. The survey has been done in quantitative research type and by descriptive relational model method. The sample of the survey consists of 172 nurses. In the research, to measure the psychological resilience level of nurses, "Resilience Scale for Adults (RSA)", and to define their proactive personal features, Short Turkish Version of Proactive Scale (STVPS), has been used. The data of the survey has been analyzed by SPPS 25.0.The Independent T Test and One Way Anova test has been used for the parametric data. The average points determined, which taken from STVPS of nurses attended to the survey is (avr.44,1±14,1), and the available points taken from PRSA is that (avr.98,0±10,9). The average points of STVPS depending on the educational background of nurses and their total workıng tıme ın the professıon and ages has been determined as significantly statistically (p<0.05). A statistically significant difference was found in the sub-dimensions of STVPS self-perception and social resources according to the education level of the nurses, in the sub-dimension of social resources according to the total working time in the profession, and in the sub-dimension of perception of the future according to the service they work in (p<0.05). In addition, it was revealed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the scores of the sub-dimensions of self-perception, social competence and social resources, which are the sub-dimensions of PRSA and the total score of STVPS.
