Evli ve çalışan kadınların yaşamlarındaki bereket algısı: Bir kamu politikası incelemesi

Abstract

Tarihsel süreç içerisinde kadının aile ve toplum içerisindeki konumu bazı dönüşümlerden geçmektedir. Kadınlar kendi hesabına ya da başkasının hesabına da olsa daima üretimin içinde yer almaktadır. Kadının hane içerisindeki sorumlulukları ise toplumsal cinsiyet rolleri gereği devam etmektedir. Kadın-erkek eşitlikçi politikalar sonucu kadının yaşamı toplumsal cinsiyet rollerinden koparılmaya çalışılsa da, Türkiye'de kadının aile içerisindeki anne ve eş rollerinin gereği olan sorumluluklar yüksek oranda devam etmektedir. Bununla birlikte uygulanan kamu politikaları sonucu kadının istihdamı her geçen yıl artmaktadır. Böylelikle kadının anne-eş sorumluluklarının yanında çalışma hayatının sorumlulukları da eklenmektedir. Bu tez çalışmasında evli ve çalışan kadınların iş ve aile yaşamlarına dair bereket algıları araştırılmaktadır. Nicel araştırma yönteminin kullanıldığı çalışmada, çalışma hayatında olan evli kadının yaşamında; bereketin arttığı algısına sahip olduğu, ekonomik artışın yaşandığı, memnuniyetin ise azaldığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.The role of women within the family and society has undergone several changes in the historical period. The women has always been interested in production, even if it's an account of her own or of someone else. The responsibilities of women in the household continue as per the gender roles. Gender equity initiatives as a consequence of the woman's life, gender roles still have expectations as wives and mothers continue to maintain high proportions of women's positions within the family in Turkey. At the same time as a result of the implemented public policies, women's employment increases each year. Thus, in addition to the duties of the woman's mother spouse, work life responsibilities have been added. In this thesis, abundance perceptions of married and working women regarding their work and family life were investigated. In the research, in which the quantitative research approach was used, it was concluded that the married women's life have a increased the perception of abundance, experiencing economic growth, decrease satisfaction.
