Given the significant impact of facility layout challenges on production efficiency and cost management, they continue to be a focal point of comprehensive research. This study aims to address these complex problems by employing a dynamic combination of metaheuristic methods alongside traditional approaches. In a case study involving the arrangement of distinct departments, the CRAFT method is initially utilized as the primary solution framework. Subsequently, we strive to optimize the cost aspect of this intricate scenario through the implementation of both Ant Colony (AC) and Genetic Algorithm (GA) methodologies.
