dc.description.abstractÇalışmada Halit Ziya Uşaklıgil'in kısa hikâyelerinde acıma ve merhamet temaları üzerinde durulacak; bu temaların kurmaca retoriği açısından belirginleştirilirken yapısal elemanların nasıl örgütlendirildiği irdelenecektir. Çalışma evrenimizi yazarın yayınlanmış kitaplarındaki hikâyeleri teşkil edecek, hikâyelerde sözünü ettiğimiz iki tema kurmaca sanatıyla ilgili teorik kaynaklardan yararlanılarak ortaya konacaktır.
dc.description.abstractIn this research, the focus is the themes of compassion ve pity in Halit Ziya Uşaklıgil's short stories. These themes will be interpreted in terms of fictional rhetoric and it will be studied how the structural elements are being organized. The author's stories within his published books constitute the universe of the study, and the two themes in question will be discussed referring to theoretical sources on the art of fiction.
