Colorectal cancer is estimated to be the third most diagnosed cancer and the second most common cause of cancer death worldwide. Although the liver and lungs are the most common sites of metastatic spread of colorectal carcinoma, other locations of metastasis have been reported, such as the skin, bone, muscle, brain, and thyroid gland. We aimed to present a 54-year-old woman diagnosed with isolated scapula metastasis of rectal cancer who received multidisciplinary treatment.
