Gemilerin lease yöntemi ile finansmanı

Abstract

Bu çalışma gemi finansmanında kullanılan yöntemlerden biri olan lease işlemlerinin gerek dünya çapında gerekse ülkemizde daha sık uygulama alanı bulması ile birlikte gündeme gelen soru işaretlerinin giderilmesi maksadı ile hazırlanmıştır. Bu bağlamda çalışmaya öncelikle genel bir giriş yapılmış, akabinde lease işlemlerinin türlerinden bahsedilmiş, bu türlerin hangilerinin ne şekilde finansman temini amacı ile kullanılabileceği belirtilmiş, ayriyeten bu yöntemin tercih edilmesi halinde gündeme gelecek çeşitli durumlara ilişkin bilgilendirme yapılmıştır.

This dissertation has been prepared with the aim of eliminating the question marks that have come to the fore with the increasing use of lease transactions both locally and globally. In this context, firstly, a general introduction to the subject was made, then the types of leasing transactions and which of these types could be used as a financing tool were stated. Finally, necessary information was given for various situations that may arise if this method is preferred.
