Devletin Kurumsal Süreçlere Etkisi: Türkiye Kaynaklı Yeni Kurumsal Kuram Çalışmaları Üzerine Sistematik Bir Yazın Değerlendirmesi (1998-2016)

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, devletin kurumsal süreçlere etkisi Türkiye kaynaklı yeni kurumsalcı çalışmalar bağlamında incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla, kurumsal süreçlerdeki devlet etkisini derinlemesine analize olanak sağlayan sistematik literatür değerlendirme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın amacına ulaşmak için, veriler çeşitli yerel veri tabanlarından derlenmiştir. Yapılan inceleme, devletin farklı bağlamlar ve örgütsel alanlardaki kurumsal süreçlerde etkili olduğunu göstermektedir. Çalışmanın bulguları ayrıca, politik ve ekonomik farklılıklarından dolayı ABD temelli yeni kurumsalcı yazındaki liberal devlet kavramsallaştırmasının Türkiye için geçerli olmadığını göstermektedir.

In this study, the effect of the state on institutional process in Turkey-based new institutional studies was examined. For this purpose, a systematic literature review method is used to allow for in-depth analysis of the effect of the state on institutional process. To reach the aim of the study, the data are gathered from multiple national databases. The examination done shows that the state is influential in the institutional processes in various contexts and organizational fields. Results of the study also indicated that the liberal formulation of the state by the US-based new institutional literature is not relevant to Turkey because of its political and economical distinctiveness.
