TEOG FEN BİLİMLERİ SORULARININ BİLİMSEL SÜREÇ BECERİLERİ AÇISINDAN İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

İçinde bulunduğumuz bilgi toplum düzeni rekabetin yoğunlaştığı, ekmeğin aslanın ağzından midesine indirme deyimini kazandırdığı bir çağdır. Çocuklarının gelecekleri için çırpınan ailelerin çocuklarını daha iyi bir liseye gönderme gayretleri TEOG sınavına verilen önemi daha çok arttırmıştır. Ortaöğretim kurumlarına yerleştirmenin daha adil yapılabilmesi için sınavın bilimsel süreç becerilerine yeteri kadar yer vermesi gerekir. Çünkü bu çağın güçlü olanları, bilgiye sahip olandan daha çok bilgiyi ulaşma yollarını bilen, bilgiyi amacına göre kullanabilenler olacaktır. Bu araştırmanın genel amacı TEOG sınavı Fen Bilimleri sorularının Bilimsel Süreç Becerileriyle kapsamında analiz edilerek ilgili Fen Öğretim Programlarını karşılaştırmaktır. Nitel bir çalışma olan bu araştırmada doküman incelemesi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın bulgularına göre Tür olarak ilişkilendirilen en fazla beceri, 2016 Nisan sınavına aittir. Bu sınavda on beceri ilişkilendirilmiş olup bunun beşi uygulama bölümü becerileridir. En az becerilerin kullanıldığı sınavlar ise 2016 Kasım ve 2017 Nisan sınavlarına aittir. Bu sınavlarda altı tür beceri kullanılmıştır. Bu araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre Fen 2005 programına ait olan sınavların, 2013 programına ait olanlara göre daha çok BSB ağırlıklı olduğunu göstermektedir. Bu durum, 2013 programında yer alan becerilerin önceki programa göre geri planda kaldığını göstermektedir.

The information society we live is an age in which the society intensifies competition, and the expression of bread coming down from the lion's mouth to its stomach has earned mean in this era. Parents’ efforts who are struggling for their children future have increased the importance given to the TEOG exam. In order for the placement to be made more equitable in secondary education institutions, the examination should include enough of the scientific process skills. Because in this age, the strong ones will be those who know how to access information rather than having knowledge. The purpose of this research is to analyze the TEOG exams under the scope of the Scientific Process Skills of the Science questions and compare the relevant Science Teaching Programs. In this research which is a qualitative study, document analysis method is used. The scientific process skills most associated with the questions belong to the April 2016 exam. Ten skills are associated with this exam, five of which are practice skills. The tests where least skills are used belong to the examinations for November 2016 and April 2017. Six types of skills have been used in these exams. The results of this research show that the exams belonging to the Science 2005 program are more associated skills than those belonging to the 2013 program. This indicates that the scientific processes in the 2013 program remain on the back plan according to the previous program.
