Özet

In this study, Co0.5Ni0.5PrxFe2-xO4 (0.0 <= x <= 0.10) spinel ferrite nanofibers (CoNiPr SFNs) were fabricated through an electrospinning route. X-ray diffraction analysis along with SEM and TEM images approved the formation of a cubic spinel nanofiber and cubic morphology for all substitution ratios. The dielectric properties of CoNiPr SNFs were explored between 1 Hz and 3 MHz frequency range up to 120 degrees C. The ac/dc conductivities of the products increase in parallel to the temperature, representing a semiconducting behavior. The dielectric constant and loss tend to change with the substitution of praseodymium ions. The activation energy (Ea) and dc indicate a fluctuating trend. Cole-Cole plots were used to evaluate the effect of the grains and grain boundaries and indicate a temperature and concentration dependency of the nanoparticles. The plots exhibit only one semicircle, revealing that grain boundaries dominate the conduction mechanism.
