| dc.description.abstract | Ossicular chain erosions may cause a hearing loss in many chronic otitis media cases. It may be possible to solve this problem by using incus interposition, autograft bone or cartilage or ossicular replacement prostheses. Bone-cement is recently used material for reconstruction of ossicular chain defects.
