Otomotiv Yan Sanayi Kaput Çubuğu Üretiminde Risk Analizi

Abstract

Çalışma hayatında bireylerin sağlıklı ve güvenli bir ortamda çalışması temel bir hak olarak kabul edilmektedir. Son yıllarda, tüm dünya genelinde olduğu gibi ülkemizde de iş sağlığı ve güvenliğine verilen önem giderek artış göstermektedir. Artan ihtiyaçlar doğrultusunda birçok sanayi sektörü gelişim göstermiştir. Bu sektörlerden biri de otomotiv endüstrisidir. Otomotiv sanayisindeki bu gelişim, aynı zamanda otomotiv yan sanayi sektörünün de büyümesini sağlamıştır. İçerisinde birçok prosesi barındıran otomotiv yan sanayi fabrikaları bu özelliğinden dolayı birçok riski de beraberinde getirmiştir. Metal işleme yapılan fabrikalarda görev alan otomotiv yan sanayi çalışanları, çeşitli risklerle karşı karşıya kalmaktadır. Bu riskler, iş kazalarına ve farklı meslek hastalıklarının ortaya çıkmasına neden olmaktadır. Bu araştırma denge çabuğu, kaput çubuğu ve yay üreten otomotiv yan sanayi özelinde hazırlanmıştır. Çalışanların üretim esnasında karşılaşmış oldukları tüm riskler fine kinney risk analizleriyle incelenecek ve elde edilen sonuçlar değerlendirilecektir. Bu kapsamda üretilen ürünlerin hammadde alanından başlayarak sevkiyatına kadar geçen süreçte oluşacak riskler değerlendirilecek ve öneriler sunulacaktır. Fine kinney yöntemiyle risk analizi yapılıp toplam 66 adet risk tespit edilmiş ve iyileştirilmesi adına 66 adet öneride bulunulmuştur. Bunun yanı sıra iş yerinde daha önce meydana gelen iş kazaları incelenmiş ve meydana gelen iş kazalarının risk analizinde belirlenen risklerle karşılaştırılmıştır.

It is accepted as a fundamental right for individuals to work in a healthy and safe environment in working life. In recent years, the importance given to occupational health and safety has been increasing in our country as well as all over the world. Many industrial sectors have developed in line with the increasing needs. One of these sectors is the automotive industry. This development in the automotive industry has also led to the growth of the automotive sub-industry sector. Automotive sub-industry factories, which contain many processes, have brought many risks due to this feature. Automotive sub-industry employees working in factories where metal processing is carried out face various risks. These risks lead to occupational accidents and the emergence of different occupational diseases. This research has been prepared specifically for the automotive sub-industry that produces balance scrambles, hood rods and springs. All risks faced by employees during production will be examined with fine kinney risk analysis and the results obtained will be evaluated. In this context, the risks that will occur in the process from the raw material area to the shipment of the products produced will be evaluated and suggestions will be presented. Risk analysis was performed with the fine kinney method, a total of 66 risks were identified and 66 suggestions were made for improvement. In addition, occupational accidents that occurred in the workplace before were examined and compared with the risks determined in the risk analysis of the occupational accidents.
