Özet
Uhl’s anomaly (UA) is a rare congenital malformation described as the partial or complete absence of the myocardium of the right ventricle. UA is commonly confused with arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia or Ebstein’s anomaly. Cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is the gold standard diagnostic technique for the differential diagnosis of UA. Here, we report a rare case of UA which had been misdiagnosed as Ebstein’s anomaly in a 62-year-old female. © 2017, Logos Medical Publishing. All rights reserved.
